Premiere Event Venue and Airbnb located on the third floor of the historic J.O. Price Hardware building overlooking downtown Checotah, Oklahoma. Built in 1906, it was one of the early, prominent hardware businesses in the region, established during the Indian Territory era. It was an authorized dealer for the Peter Schuttler Wagon Company. It served as a vital hub in the Indian Territory, providing hardware and supplies in the period surrounding Oklahoma's statehood (1907).
